Coinstream made my initial bitcoin transaction super easy and answered all my queries. I had to complete a transaction fast and could only use a credit card, which they accommodated. Their support is always there for questions and guided me through a tricky part I needed clarity on. Right now, I'm dealing with another platform, and let me tell you, it’s a whole different ball game. They’re vague, tough to reach, and the information is really muddled. Coinstream even warned me when I was about to make a move that could’ve cost me a pretty penny—they kindly suggested alternatives, and I ended up not going with their service based on that advice. How nice is that? I’ll definitely be returning!

So, my bank sent the money over, but it didn’t land in my wallet like I was counting on. Instead, it got sent back to them. I had to set up an appointment... With all this COVID-19 stuff, going to the bank for the withdrawal was a hassle, and then I had to go to a BTM to make the deposit. Super inconvenient!
